Chris Rance grew up in the United Kingdom and built his career across financial services, private equity, and high-growth service businesses. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services from Bournemouth University and later studied Negotiation at Harvard Business School. Before joining HF Home as CEO, Chris served as Chief Revenue Officer at Landscape Workshop, where he led go-to-market strategy through rapid growth and a private equity exit. Prior to that he spent three years as Senior Vice President at PNC. He joined HF Home in 2026 to lead the company’s next chapter of growth across the Southeast.
